Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending products or services that meet their requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 2-10 years of experience in sales,
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM software
