Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in sales and be driven to exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling and email campaigns
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the sales process and sales strategies
• Ability to travel as needed
