Sales Executives

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update regularly to Hierarchy
• Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
• Communicate product benefits and features effectively to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Demonstrate product functionalities and address client inquiries.
• Track and report sales performance metrics regularly.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Marketing, or related field
• 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in OTC, Ayurvedic Field, Food, Cosmetics & personal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in MS Office and Lystloc software
• Willingness to travel as required
