Our current requirement is for an energetic young candidate with smart outspoken nature and driven towards sales.
KRA:
- Welcome and guide walk-in customers, present products with clarity as per customer requirements
Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of product detailing as well as service- Achieve set targets both individually and at store level
Proactively indulge in sales closure techniques
- Involve in cross and up-selling products to improve ticket size
Contribute actively towards showroom target
Skills and Requirements:- Proficient in both English and Tamil (preferred)
Proven work experience in a retail or sales background 1-2 years, preferably in a furniture outlet.
- Ability to identify Selling Possibilities and quickly grasp customer needs.
Positive attitude towards achieving targets.- Aptitude towards continuous learning
Working knowledge of CRM tool and lead management cycles
Shift and timings : Regular day-shifts with flexible timings
