Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at The Schon located in Chennai, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating sales, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in the interior design or home improvement industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Knowledge in aluminium and glass industry
