We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Telecalls to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of India and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build rapport with potential clients over the phone. The Sales Executive - Telecalls will be responsible for generating leads and selling our products and services over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and call potential clients to sell our products and services
• Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
• Build and maintain a rapport with clients over the phone
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of all sales activities
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in sales or telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Promoting and selling our training programs and global certifications.
• Conducting effective telecalling activities to engage potential clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
