About Us: Agastya learnings is an edtech company in which provides online lectures for Olympiad, Scholarship and other state level exams for school students with a commitment to excellence and innovation. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team and contribute to our success.
Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess a strong understanding of sales principles. You will be connecting schools, tuitions and parents for our product distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect schools, Tuitions and parents seeking both B2B and B2C opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide exceptional customer service.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Contribute in the operations and development of company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or sales.
Proven track record of success in sales.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software's.
Willingness to travel as needed.
