We are seeking a highly motivated and target driven Sales & Business Dev candidate to join our Creative team.
At Stormy Clicks we are engaged in making history for babies or a couples or a family with Photography & Cinematography to be cherished for the rest of their life.
The primary responsibility will be to generate & talk to leads & close deals consistently with revenue targets. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work on various other aspects of business development to support our overall growth strategy.
Previous experience working in a photography business is a huge plus though it's not mandatory.
- Here's your day to day Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and networking to introduce our products/services and establish initial contact.Relationship Building:
Nurture relationships with leads and prospects to understand their needs, address any concerns, and position our offerings as solutions to their problems.Deal Closing: Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and participate in sales meetings to help close deals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion or product/service enhancements.
Analyze marketing & sales
data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and identify areas for improvement.Lead Generation for various campaigns:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, social media, and industry publications- We expect you to be pre-skilled with the following:
Have a complete understanding of sales process- Should have a good track record in achieving sales & marketing targets
Managed leads/ deals through any CRM tool
- Strong communication with ability to handle objections like a boss and build rapport and relationships with clients
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities in a dynamic startup environment.
