Job Title: Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and provide insights to management.
Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve products and services.
1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
