Job Description: Sales Executive - Royal Brunei Airlines (Chennai)Position Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales and revenue for Royal Brunei Airlines in the Chennai under STIC GSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the airline or travel industry, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Revenue
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for ticket sales and ancillary services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share within the Chennai region.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3. Marketing and Promotion
- Enhance brand visibility through local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Represent the airline at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
4. Reporting and Analysis
- To record all sales meeting in CRM along with feedback of agents met for follow ups
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, within the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
