Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers in the general trade sector. Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Regular market visits and analyze trends.
• Onboard new distributors and retailers.
• Execute promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor inventory.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably FMCG or baby nutrition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
