  • Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the real estate market, specifically focusing on under construction, ready to move, and secondary properties.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the industry.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.

  • Coordinate property viewings and assist clients in property selection.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.

  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related gatherings to promote company services and expand professional network.

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Familiarity with under construction, ready to move, and secondary property sales.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

  • Knowledge of Noida Extension properties and market dynamics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
