- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate property viewings and assist clients in property selection.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related gatherings to promote company services and expand professional network.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with under construction, ready to move, and secondary property sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Noida Extension properties and market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
