Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive at MZ Gold, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with MZ Gold's high-quality standards in the goldsmith and jewelry industry. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, offering expert advice on goldsmith products and services.
Sales Growth:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the goldsmith and jewelry market.
Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of MZ Golds products, including their features, benefits, and value propositions.
Educate clients about the unique qualities of MZ Gold products and how they can meet their specific needs.
Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the sales process.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer preferences and market demand.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy of MZ Gold.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of the goldsmith market and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
