Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential retail clients who can benefit from our digital solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations
- Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and demonstrating our technologies and solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors offerings
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to the management team
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to identify new sales opportunities and effectively prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales-related tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in oral and written English
