Location Sec-49, Gurgaon

Working Days Monday to Saturday (On-site)

Working Time 10 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients, following a script or guidelines provided by the company.

Product/Service Promotion: Promote and explain the features and benefits of products or services offered by the company.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team to follow up with.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain rapport with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives or other company personnel.

Market Research: Conduct surveys or gather market information as required by the organization.

Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer databases and records of interactions.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales or call quotas.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies and telemarketing regulations, including Do Not Call lists.

Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team or management regarding customer preferences, objections, and market trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a bachelor's degree.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with relevant CRM software and client/Customer database management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Knowledge of the products or services being promoted.

Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus.

A pleasant and professional phone manner.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

2-4 years of experience in Sales and Team Handling.
