We are looking for a Sales Executive with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Close deals with potential customers
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
• Track and report sales performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
• preferably need candidate from Life Insurance background.

Skills and Qualifications

• HSC / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0-4 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
