Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Hitone Chemicals in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This is a full-time position in the Paint, Coating, and Adhesive Manufacturing industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing or chemical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our range of colors for screen printing
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and contribute to the development of sales strategies
