Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate at Granimals, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce them to Granimals services.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and provide them with tailored solutions that address their specific rehabilitation requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Granimals services, pricing, and value proposition to effectively communicate these to clients.
- Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
