Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of residential and commercial properties. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and facilitate the sales process from start to finish.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide clients with relevant insights.- Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and sales presentations to prospective buyers and investors.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, etc.) to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company CRM.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.Experience in Channel Partner Firm from Noida will be a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values is a plus.
