Sales Executive

Job summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our corporate gifting team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, field visits are must, understanding their gifting needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their brand image and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in corporate gifting

Field visits is going to be one of the major key points

Identify new business opportunities through market research

Maintain relationships with existing clients for satisfaction and repeat business

Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and campaigns

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities

Attend networking events and trade shows to generate leads

Customer service & post-sales support from the initial enquiry to delivery

Addressing client concerns or issues effective immediately

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the corporate gifting industry, specifically in Jaipur

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Skills Requirement:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Smooth communication skills are must

Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of current trends in corporate gifting and promotional products

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
