Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Chattels Design in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our interior design services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in sales with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and effectively communicate the value of our design services to potential clients.
- Exceptional cold calling abilities to reach out to new prospects and generate interest in our home transformation services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and build rapport with clients.
- Understanding of interior design principles to align sales strategies with client needs and design aspirations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service and support.
- Preparedness to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage client interactions and track sales performance.
