Responsibilities: - CRM Sales Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the CRM products and services offered by the company. Articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the CRM solutions to potential clients.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients to identify their CRM needs and provide customized solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the CRM capabilities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company s target client profile.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Address any client concerns and objections effectively to close sales.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide on going support and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the CRM offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure the seamless delivery of CRM solutions. Collaborate on developing marketing materials and sales strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software. Prepare regular reports for management.
