Job Description:
Must Have
- Experience in software or technology services industry.
- Experience in mid to large IT offshore companies
- Experience in IT outsourcing companies.
- Experience in US market and B2B Sales
- Demonstrated recent experience generating quality leads
- Should have experience in generating leads, setup demos, closed deals in Saas services and IT services.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the growth of BONbLOC's Software products and Services.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers and develop targeted strategies to penetrate those markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive
landscape.
New Client Acquisition
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and prospect potential clients, build relationships and lead the sales process to acquire new customers.
- Understand client needs and pain points, and tailor product offerings to address their specific
requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, driving mutual growth and expanding our reach.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and Retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for more business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a master's degree in business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven Track record of 5+ years in business development, Sales and significant experience in bringing new IT Services customers.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to quickly learn and understand cutting edge technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- An aptitude for research and analysis; Knowledge of US Business and market is a added advantage.
