Job Description

  • Conduct daily visits to housing societies, meeting with society managers and chairman to introduce our music education programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with society representatives to establish partnerships and promote our services
  • Understand the needs and preferences of prospective students and parents, offering tailored solutions and guiding them through the enrollment process
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our music courses
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our own music courses to effectively communicate their value to potential customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the organization
    • Requirements:
      • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or music industry
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and influence buying decisions
      • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach
      • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
      • Familiarity with music and understanding of different music courses and instruments is highly desirable
      • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
      • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
      • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the designated area to meet with potential clients
