Conduct daily visits to housing societies, meeting with society managers and chairman to introduce our music education programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with society representatives to establish partnerships and promote our services
Understand the needs and preferences of prospective students and parents, offering tailored solutions and guiding them through the enrollment process
Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our music courses
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our own music courses to effectively communicate their value to potential customers
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the organization
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or music industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and influence buying decisions
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with music and understanding of different music courses and instruments is highly desirable
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the designated area to meet with potential clients
