Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Sales Reporting:
Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and target achievement.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the Sales Manager on sales activities and progress.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as customer service, product development, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up:
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.

Education:
  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)

Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
