Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure profitable outcomes.
Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and target achievement.- Provide regular updates and feedback to the Sales Manager on sales activities and progress.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.- Collaborate with other departments such as customer service, product development, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Customer Support & Follow-up:
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
