Role Clarity
- Researching the database of the target audience on multiple online platforms like LinkedIn, web research, social media, magazines, etc.
- Introducing our services & platform to the potential clients through cold calling
- Generating leads for projects & connecting them with the BD team
- To engage with the registered website users and provide them proper assistance across all modes of communication
- Responding to all online/offline inquiries received through digital and social platforms and take necessary actions to close the inquiry and process it further to BD team
- Providing online demo of companys website & its features to potential clients and persuade them into using the website
- Updating and maintaining contact and lead database in CRM
Required Skills/Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
- Prior work experience as a Telecaller or TeleMarketer
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to take rejections in a positive manner
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge/Experience of using CRM tools
