Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through digital platforms (email, chat, social media), providing accurate information about the company formation process.
- Guide potential clients through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to registration and setup.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize digital sales strategies and increase lead conversion rates.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, leads, and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and continued client satisfaction.
- Actively generate and qualify new leads through relationship building, networking, and targeted sales efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an asset.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and client relationships simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
