Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian job market context. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular check-ins and follow-ups
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential risks
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian job market context
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
