Position Title: Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Budget: Up to 3-4 Lacs CTC + Performance Linked Incentives
Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the technical facility management sector. This role involves extensive cold calling, market analysis, strategy development, and collaboration with internal teams to offer customized solutions to clients. The successful candidate will also be tasked with achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conducting detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the facility management sector.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiating contracts to secure new business deals.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive company growth.
- Extensive Cold Calling:
- Actively engaging in cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
- Achieving Monthly Targets:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Monitoring performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Working closely with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the facility management or related technical services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
