Primary Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for Packaging Machine sales generation, working for principals. Customer Target base will be specifically catering to FMCG, F&B, Beverage Pharma companies. Based in Mumbai/HYD region.
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by travelling year-round and establishing personal contact with potential and actual customers and other people in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product knowledge, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and weekly sales call reporting.
- Determines improvements by analyzing offers of equipment, supplies, in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Submits orders to product manager, by clearing all technical and commercial points.
- Needs to take care of all documentation and approvals post order.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge through self-training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Contributes to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Works on requirement generation for Packaging team as well.
- Can have market intelligence and market information on a regular basis.
- Should be able to work on CRM and handle salesforce, prior experience of salesforce is a must.
