JD for Sales Engineer:- Positioning, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationship.
Responsible for identifying potential clients, cold calling, meeting with clients, negotiating with them to convert opportunities into orders.- Will be responsible for strategic planning and implementation of sales goals and objectives for direct sales area.
Identify potential customers and generate sales plans to address various accounts.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers or agents. Carry out Account review periodically to supply market feedback on products, accounts and competitive trends.
Provide technical advice to current and potential customers regarding specific application of company products to meet customer needs- Attend trade shows, seminars, and training sessions to keep informed of current trends in market and competitive products and activities.
Ability to fully demonstrate the complete line of all Products to customers. Prepare quotes and correspondence, submits forecasts and monthly reports along with other information as requested.
- Make recommendations concerning product line revisions, pricing changes and sales policy changes.
Assist with development of sales/marketing plan for territory and implements plan to meet sales quota by product category and dollar volume.- Provide support to order processing and logistics efforts.
Provide support to collection and credit control of customer base.
- Adopt and update CRM and other management software as required.
Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic region.
