  • - Lead the sales enablement function for our client
  • - Create a growth story for the company and yourself

Job Description



  • Training and Onboarding:
    • Continuous learning about the SaaS product, industry trends, and customer pain points.
    • Regular onboarding programs for new reps to quickly bring them up to speed.


  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Providing relevant, up-to-date content like case studies, whitepapers, demos, and presentations.
    • Organizing content so that sales reps can easily find and use it in their customer interactions.


  • CRM Integration and Sales Tools:
    • Implementing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer interactions and pipelines.
    • Leveraging tools like sales automation software, lead scoring, and engagement analytics to streamline the sales process.


  • Product Knowledge:
    • Equipping the sales team with in-depth knowledge of the SaaS platform, including its features, benefits, and technical specifications.
    • Ensuring sales teams can demonstrate the product effectively through demos and trials.


  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Using data to identify customer behaviors, preferences, and buying triggers.
    • Tracking metrics like lead conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle length to continuously refine sales strategies.


  • Collaboration Between Teams:
    • Aligning sales and marketing teams so that both are working towards common goals.
    • Facilitating feedback loops between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and messaging is consistent.


  • Customer-Centric Selling:
    • Focusing on understanding the specific challenges of the customer's business and presenting tailored solutions that the SaaS product can solve.
    • Offering trials or freemium models to give potential customers hands-on experience with the software.


  • Effective Communication:
    • Developing messaging that speaks to the customer's needs at each stage of the buyer's journey.
    • Training sales reps on how to position the product's value proposition in a clear, concise, and compelling way.


  • Sales Playbooks:
    • Creating structured playbooks that outline strategies, techniques, and best practices for different sales scenarios (e.g., cold outreach, handling objections, closing deals).


The Successful Applicant

- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement

- SaaS background is a must
