Job Title: EdTech Sales Executive

Company: Upto Careers

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to 30,000 + Incentives

Job Description:

Upto Careers is seeking a dynamic and motivated EdTech Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in EdTech sales and a passion for driving educational success through innovative solutions. If you are a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients, including educational institutions, teachers, and students, to promote and sell EdTech products and services.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our EdTech solutions.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in EdTech sales.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
