Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Manage the sales team and provide coaching and support to ensure team members meet their targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge of the Indian market and industry trends
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
