Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a proactive Hunter mentality to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and fees with clients.
  • Manage client accounts, overseeing sales, implementation, and relationship building.
  • Lead Generation & Onboarding for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Mentor offshore staff and optimize processes for client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in selling staffing services and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Years of US staffing industry experience in account management.
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
