ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS Consultative Sales. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare a list of senior HR managers (prospects).
Research on the prospects for personalization
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Crafting personalized messages (follow-ups)
Social touches (mostly LinkedIn), Reporting and statistics
Contact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn and emails
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account executives for the next steps
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least a bachelor's degree or Diploma.
Proven work experience (2 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
Qualifying leads and prospects.
Track record of achieving the given quotas.
Experience in working with a CRM.
Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
