Role Description

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process for our innovative Gen AI solution.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments and qualified opportunities by rigorously researching and prospecting within the assigned region/market.
  • Initiate cold calls, creative email campaigns, and other outreach strategies to engage and convert prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team to ensure a smooth handover.
  • Execute outreach campaigns using personalized and strategic messaging to engage prospects.
  • Maintain and update records in the company's CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up.
  • Develop creative emails and strategies to capture the interest of potential customers and nurture leads.
  • Leverage sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM for efficient prospecting and engagement.
  • Stay informed about SaaS sales trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to the role.

Education Qualifications

Graduates / MBA

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR in the SaaS space preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in SaaS sales will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling outreach messages.
  • Ability to read emotional cues, understand customer needs, and steer conversations effectively.
  • A keen ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
