Job Description:
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and driving revenue for Infrascale's US market. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with potential customers.
Candidates should have worked previously in SaaS or IT related companies specifically in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers in the US market using various tools and techniques.
- Outbound Calls: Conduct cold calls and warm calls to prospective customers, introducing Infrascale's products and services.
- Follow-up Calls: Following up with leads who have previously expressed interest but did not convert into customers.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and fit of potential customers to determine their suitability for Infrascale's solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospects and sales representatives for further discussion.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum +2 years of US based phone/calling experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with prospects.
- Excellent phone skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Specifically Zoho) and other sales productivity software.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a night shift environment to align with US business hours.
