The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with prospects to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CXOs and Sales Managers to execute revenue plans to meet/ exceed business goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential SMB clients and understand their communication needs
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online research and attending industry events
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our CPaaS solutions
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of CPaaS solutions for clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system
