Shift: US Shifts (7 PM - 4 AM IST)
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CallHub, you will play a crucial role
in driving our sales efforts by generating and qualifying inbound leads for our sales
team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for
identifying their needs and introducing them to our products/services. This role is
ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, have excellent communication
skills, and are eager to grow their careers in sales.
Qualify, maintain, and close a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters
set by the organization.
Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map
prospects, identify decision makers, and effectively reach out to them.
Call / Text /Email prospects, identify and appropriately position CallHubs
offerings. Handle inbound prospect communication and convert them into
qualified leads. Drive leads through the funnel from lead to qualified and hand them to the
closing team.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and
campaigns.
Share feedback and insights on lead quality and market trends.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is
preferred but not required.
Skills / Experience
Proven experience in a similar sales or lead generation role is a plus.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation, drive, and energy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales tools and
technologies
