Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and social channels to build relationships and
understand their needs.
Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales team to develop strategic approaches for key accounts.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales team for next steps.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive
analysis.
Continuously update and manage the CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
MBA or Engineering degree preferred.
3-7 years of experience in BD/Sales, preferably at a SaaS or Technology company.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Strong understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics domains is highly preferred.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving results.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
