Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in generating leads and setting appointments for senior sales team members. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a positive attitude and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Develop creative email and prospecting sequences to capture the attention of potential clients and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Set appointments for senior sales team members by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of activity and productivity by keeping track of daily and weekly sales activities and going the extra mile to achieve set targets.
- Update and maintain CRM software with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Utilize prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless and Apollo to identify and research potential clients.
- Conduct market research and data building to identify new opportunities and target market segments.
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability and adaptability to new tools and processes.
- Passionately pursue sales and lead generation goals, demonstrating a deep understanding of the B2B sales process and SAAS product-based sales background is preferred.
- Possess a sound understanding of the sales cycle and inside sales model, with the ability to deliver a set number of leads per month.
- Identify new opportunities through online research and networking.
- Flexible to work in US shift timings (11AM IST to 8PM IST).
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales development or similar role.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft creative and compelling messaging.
- Positive attitude, go-getter mentality, and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Apollo.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective market research and build prospect data.
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and SAAS product-based sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
