Role: Team Lead - Sales Development Representative

Location - HSR layout, Bangalore

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, energetic, self-motivated team player with high social intelligence. Lead a team of SDRs that are responsible for delivering qualified leads to the sales team. The SDR team lead will sit with the SDR team, be very organised, accountable for the team's success and take responsibility for the team's ongoing coaching and training.

Team Lead will align SDR goals and activities with our go to market plans to ensure the company achieves growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and qualification with good quality of demos and leads.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage SDRs grow the team
  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and mentoring and upskill them on a regular basis
  • Managing, tracking, and reporting on all activities and results using CRM and managing the day-to-day activities of SDRs.
  • Meeting or exceeding SDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) or Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) volume targets.
  • To check and audit daily calling figures and quality for SDRs.
  • Generating appointments/demos through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Create and follow the process for desired result.
  • Conducts one-on-one meetings and group sales discussion with the SDR team.
  • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports.
  • Reporting to be done on a daily, weekly or monthly level as decided by the manager

Skills:

  • Must have done end to end sales.
  • Experience of selling software as a service is a plus.
  • 2 to 3 years experience as team lead in an Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales role, preferably at B2B SaaS start-up.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new sales skills and techniques. Strong enthusiasm to achieve revenue targets.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Experience in utilising and managing CRM tools and MS office applications
  • Passion for training, motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and strong analytical skillsBachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed graduate school.
