Sales & CRM Admin

• Manage technical and administrative aspects of Hubspot (Sales, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in deal, lead, and opportunity management.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure thorough and efficient use of HubSpot and support HubSpot Marketing initiatives when feasible.
• Analyze sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to sales management.
• Perform routine data quality cleanup and audits as needed within the database.
• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales and marketing team performance within HubSpot.
• Other duties as assigned to support Sales team effectiveness like scheduling, planning, logistics, may be required.

Location PAN India

• 4+ years of work experience inside of Hubspot and business analytics
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in HubSpot required. Experience integrating with other technologies (Salesforce, Slack, Intercom, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
• Fluent English required as is the ability to work full-time overlapping at minimum from 9-2PM EST
