- Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing inquiries, providing information, and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Order Processing: Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules
- Quoting and Pricing: Assist in preparing price quotes and proposals for potential clients, coordinating with the sales team to determine appropriate pricing and terms
- Sales Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all required sales-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and sales reports
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers and coordinate with the logistics or inventory team as needed
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer records, sales activity reports, and other relevant data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
