Position Overview
Reporting to: Sr. Area Director of Sales West India/ Director of Sales
Location: The Leela Corporate Office, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
This role includes in assisting the sales team, playing a crucial part in the department's success by providing administrative support, prospecting new clients, and managing existing accounts. Key duties include scheduling appointments and meetings, updating client information, creating proposals and contracts, and monitoring sales reports while tracking overall sales activities.

Daily Tasks
Daily Pick-Up Report
Ensure daily pick-up updates are sent, similar to the previous format.
Daily DSR (Daily Sales Report)
Compile and distribute the DSR report daily.
Weekly Tasks
Weekly DSR Report
Collate and distribute a comprehensive DSR report each week.
Weekly Team Sales Call Plan
Collect and share the team's sales call plan for the upcoming week.
Weekly MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) Report
Prepare and share MICE updates on a weekly basis.
M/W/F Palaces MICE Updates
Send MICE updates to the respective DOSMs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Month-End Reports
Hotel-wise Data
Gather and submit data specific to each hotel.
Month-End DSR
Consolidate a comprehensive DSR for the month.
SFA (Sales Force Automation) Accounts & Contacts
Update and review the month-end data for accounts and contacts in SFA.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree and/ or Hotel Management
Skills: Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the high-end guest experience, as well as strong attention to detail.
