Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented sales coordinator to support the sales team in achieving business targets by managing pre- and post-sanction documentation, monitoring processes, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will streamline sales workflows and coordinate with various internal teams for smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sanction Process
Conduct quick checks of all pre-sanction documents.
Handle LOS (Loan Origination System) login and manage the lead tracker for sales representatives.
Reporting and Monitoring
Share daily reports with upper management for visibility and efficiency tracking of the sales team.
Track and monitor the timely completion of post-onboarding documents, including stock statements, financials, and deferrals.
Post-Sanction Process
Ensure the completion of post-sanction documentation and the activation of limits.
Oversee the collection and review of all necessary post-onboarding documents.
Sales Support
Provide back-end support to the sales team to help achieve business targets.
Manage sales documentation, client onboarding, and post-sale support.
Coordinate with internal teams, including credit, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of sales processes and documentation in the BFSI sector is preferred.
Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on process efficiency.
