Position Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Mumbai and Delhi. The sales Coordinators will be responsible for supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient operations, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and maintaining records.
- Process sales orders, manage inventory levels, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Experience within a similar role (preferably from courier/freight industry)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
