Mandatory
PRIMARY SKILLS:
1 to 2 years relevant work experience as a Sales Coordinator/Business Development Representative, Inside sales, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls, targeted emailing, LinkedIn sales Navigator etc
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point Presentations.
Creating collaterals like brochures, presentations is an added advantage.
Excellent communication both verbal, written and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience with CRM like Zoho CRM is an added advantage.
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Job Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through Internet research, networking, LinkedIn and other tools.
- Record lead and manage prospect activity in Zoho CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
- Completely manage email campaigns, follow up emails, feeders.
- Converts pre-qualified sales leads and generates new business with pre-existing customers.
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Working closely with management team by managing schedules, preparing proposal, offers, sales contracts.
- Follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Co-ordinate with technical team and manage the demonstration of solutions to prospects, ensure the closure of the sales cycle.
- Prepare and manage sales collaterals like brochures, presentations, white papers, email teasers, and ensure that they are always up to date
- Act as the primary consultant for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
- Work with other departments within the company for end to end sales activities when needed.
JOB LOCATION: Mysore.
EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 years of sales experience
EDUCATION: Any three / Four year degree. Preferred a Bachelors Degree/ masters in business administration or related field. With the above-mentioned skills and experience.
