Sales Coordination- Schedule meeting with clients via chat, email, and call
Book meeting with Sales Rep. on calendar using TuCalendi App- Assign test project to test project team
Collect meeting data
- Create strategy session prep document
Share meeting details with Sales Rep before meeting- Review actionable shared by Sales Rep after the meeting
Complete all post call tasks within the same day
- Follow-up and Relationship Building
Send personalized followup messages to engage with leads- Identify pain points of the leads & send followups that focuses on those pain points
Identify what value we can create to each lead which aligns with their requirements
- Send followups that provides enough value which motivates them to reply
Create personal touch points with leads such as wishing them new year or christmas etc.Proposal and Quotation Preparation
Create proposal after call
- Get proposal reviewed by Sales Rep. if needed
Send proposal to the client & followup- Coordinate with Sales Rep. to evaluate the pricing & send quotations
Objection Handling- Develop a never give up attitude, respond to all objections effectively
Convert objections into opportunities & provide fast response- Tackle all objections & ensure clients are satisfied with the responses
